Sad for my health

All of a sudden I have been affected by blood pressure and diabetes. When I checked doctor about the reason for sudden diabetes and high blood pressure he advised me to quit alcohol. I was shocked after getting my test results. My blood pressure level is high and I need time to get well. With the help of my wife and care from my mom I will recover from the health problem soon.
