Since my doctor has advised me to reduce my weight I have planned to join gym this week. At present my weight is 85 kg and the ideal weight for my height is 74 kg. I have to reduce 30 pounds to reach my ideal weight. Since for the first time in my life I am joining gym I have to find a partner who could help me and guide me while lifting weights. My doctor has also asked me to buy protidiet products which will help me to increase my stamina as well as to concentrate on my workouts.
I have not joined gym yet but I have asked my wife to find a good fitness studio by the end of this week, so that I could start my workouts from Monday. My family doctor also informed me that my blood pressure level is slightly high and I should compulsorily reduce weight to stay fit. Hope my wife will find the good fitness studio by the end of this week.
