I guess this post will surely help people present all over the world. Sometimes I feel exhausted and weird .I like to keep my body fit and trim. From my experience the best way to keep our body fit is to jog and walk. Also, one could join gym to be fit and healthy.

Exact reason

The main reason for heart attack is obesity and over weight. Due to obesity people are unable to do their work at time and could not exercise. They use to lean on their bed for a long time and have loads of chunk foods. People please try to avoid shedding weight.

Puppy?

I am really happy to write this post. I love pets and like to have one all the time. Sometimes I feel that, we can share each and everything with our pets. They help us a lot and make us comfortable. They are really good and calm creatures. I am going to get one puppy for me.
